On our Next Day Service, if you place and pay for your order before 1pm on a working day, we will dispatch it that same day. You will then receive delivery the next working day. Delivery for orders placed before 1pm on Fridays will occur on the following Monday. We use a range of couriers depending on the size of item or order which can mean your product will come on a pallet. Our Next Day delivery only delivers to the kerbside for pallets or a ground floor entrance area. You will be responsible for the disposal of all packaging, including any pallets.
Our Next Day service is free of charge unless you live in a remote area, such as the Scottish Highlands. It is currently not available for customers in Northern Island, Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.
If you need a narrower delivery window, this is possible. For an extra £25, you can opt or an AM or PM delivery, which can be specified at checkout.
When you select this service, we take care of every part of your installation. This starts right here at the factory and ends at your furnished and set up office. This service is available on all products in our range. We guarantee installation within a window of 3 to 4 weeks. You can request a date for your delivery when you place your order. This can be up to 90 days from the date we receive payment. Once we have processed your order, we will confirm your date via phone and email. Before your installation date, it is important that we receive confirmation of the following:
- Our vehicle can access the site (7.5 tonne vehicle) unrestricted.
- Parking for the vehicle is available without penalty.
- Any security/access requirements.
- If lifts are available, where appropriate.
- Location of the furniture is clear and unimpeded by other works e.g. carpet fitting etc.
- A contact name and mobile number for the receiving customer.
Work carried out on the day is fully insured. Our fitters have received extensive training on the building of our products. This ensures that they are able to complete the job in good time, to the highest possible standards.
At the end of the process, we will provide you with a full handover. This will cover all the care and maintenance of your product. We will also remove and dispose of all the packaging and pallets.
We can offer our premium service to most mainland UK postcodes at the fixed price shown on the website. For the postcodes shown in green below, an extra cost may apply. Our skilled delivery and installation team run on a very tight schedule. Because of this, any aborted or delayed premium delivery will result in an extra charge. This will apply for any installation that is not the fault of Kit Out My Office. In these instances, we are unable to guarantee re-scheduling of your installation.
