The toasted avocado and chicken wrap is a workforce favourite down under!

To begin making a toasted chicken and avocado wrap, you will need:
- 1 tortilla
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- ½ an avocado, mashed
- 50g lettuce, shredded
- ½ red pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp salsa
- Spread the tortilla with the mayonnaise, layer the chicken, lettuce, avocado, lettuce and pepper.
- Top with salsa and carefully fold, or roll, up the tortilla.
- On a medium heat, warm up a griddle. Place the wrap onto the griddle and grill for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until evenly toasted to preference.
- Serve warm!
