We know that there's nothing worse than sitting at your desk with back pain, but fear not - with regular exercise and good sitting posture, the vast majority of people will feel much better. However, you may of course always want to consider purchasing a better quality office chair (especially if you are sitting for long periods - there's specific chairs equipped for long hours of use) or perhaps you invest in a standing desk, that's height adjustable - for those days you'd rather sit! On the upside of course, you burn far more calories when standing at a desk, rather than sitting!
